The Hall is available for hire when not otherwise in use by our regular community groups.  Get in touch by emailing with details of your event and preferred date.

There are 12 tables in the light and airy main Hall, each sitting six comfortably, with a further 4 tables in the meeting room.  We have 70 upholstered chairs and 40 plastic chairs and a maximum capacity of 100 people theatre-style or 80 for supper.

There is a small kitchen with a cooker, fridge, microwave and a Lincat hot water boiler; we have enough crockery and cutlery for a full sit down supper or afternoon teas. The meeting room/small hall has lovely views over the Oxnam Water and is ideal for meetings or a bar/buffet room in conjunction with the main hall.

The Hall now has a WiFi connection and a community computer, with free public access.

We are fully accessible, with solid ramps to both the main entrance and the fire exit. There are ladies and men's toilets and the accessible toilet also has a baby changer. 

There is parking for 12 cars in the car park, including a disabled parking space; otherwise parking is along the road outside the Hall. We also have a bike rack.

The cost to hire the Hall is £10 per hour for local groups and local private functions (minimum of 2 hours) includiing heat and light.  If you don't live in the Oxnam Water Community Council area, then the cost is £15 per hour, or £30 per hour for commercial hire (again a minimum of 2 hours).
